How can I track the status of my delivery?
As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email directly to your inbox. This email will include a tracking link that allows you to monitor your journey and view real-time updates on the carrier's transit network.
Can I modify or change my order details after placing it?
To ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible, our fulfillment team begins processing orders immediately after they are confirmed. Consequently, we are generally unable to modify order details once submitted. We highly recommend reviewing your cart, sizing, and selection carefully before finalizing your checkout.
What is your return policy, and do you offer exchanges?
If your purchase isn’t quite the right fit, we are happy to accept returns on eligible items. To qualify, products must remain in their original condition, showing no signs of wear and keeping all original tags attached. Please note that clearance or final sale items are excluded from standard returns.
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. Once our team receives and verifies your return parcel, we will issue you a refund in accordance with our return guidelines, allowing you to freely choose your preferred size or explore new styles in our store.
What should I do if an item I want is out of stock?
Our popular collections and seasonal pieces are frequently replenished within a few weeks. To ensure you don't miss out on the next release, simply enter your email address on the product page to receive an automatic notification the moment the item is restocked.
I entered the wrong shipping address—can this be corrected?
Please contact our support team at cs@trendbarnit.com immediately with your correct delivery details. If your order has not yet entered the packing or shipping phase, we will do our glad best to update the shipping label for you. However, once a package is packed, sorted, or dispatched, we cannot alter the routing or address details.
What steps should I take if my item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
We are truly sorry if your order arrived in less-than-perfect condition or if an incorrect item was packed. To help us resolve this swiftly for you, please email cs@trendbarnit.com within 30 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number, the product name or code, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item you received.
I forgot to apply my discount code—is it too late?
Please reach out to our customer service team right away with your order number and the specific promotional code. While we cannot guarantee adjustments after checkout is completed, we will look into your order status and do our best to assist you where possible.
